Rib eye of beef with hot pepper sauce

Veal escalope in a wine, mushroom and cream sauce

Cordero Segoviano
Oven baked saddle of lamb in its own juice

Cochinillo Asado
Roast suckling pig

Higado de Ternera
Calves liver with onions and red wine sauce

Parilla de vegetales
